What is the Executive Comitee (ComEx)

The Executive Committee (ComEx) is the company's primary coordination and decision-making body. It brings together the CEO and the key operational leaders to ensure alignment on company priorities, project performance, resources, organization, and strategic initiatives.

The ComEx meets regularly to:

  • Review the progress of ongoing projects and company objectives.

  • Monitor operational, financial, and organizational performance.

  • Coordinate resources and priorities across departments.

  • Validate key decisions impacting the company.

  • Identify risks and define action plans.

  • Ensure clear communication and alignment throughout the organization.
